Corbières é o maior appellation d'origine contrôlée- AOC - no Languedoc-Roussillon, englobando uma enorme variedade de tipos de solo e microclimas. Os vinhos da região tendem a ser tão variados como o terroir. A região também experiências bastante variados ventos.
